I am Matt Walsh. I come from the spa industry.

I spent sixteen years as a spa owner, spa director, and spa consultant. Vail Resorts. Rock Resorts. The Ritz-Carlton. I worked alongside hundreds of therapists and estheticians, and I watched what worked, what didn’t, and what got pushed onto people who didn’t trust it.

So I built a CBD company the way a spa director would. Ingredients you can read. Functions you can feel. CBD isolate that is 99 percent pure. Therapeutic-grade essential oils paired for what they do, not how they smell. Food-grade terpenes from pine, mango, basil, and lavender. THC-free, every time.

My wife Andrea named it Splish Naturals. I slept on it, and the more I slept on it, the more I fell in love with it. We launched in November 2019. Frisco, Colorado. Founder-owned. Founder-operated. Does HSA or FSA actually cover this?

For eligible products, yes. Splish Naturals integrates with Gale at checkout, which validates HSA and FSA cards in real time. Eligibility depends on your plan and the product. The Chakra Mat and RejuviLounger commonly qualify when paired with a Letter of Medical Necessity.

What is the return policy?

Hardware ships with a 30-day return window. Consumables ship with a satisfaction guarantee. We refund or replace, no fight.

How does Splish Naturals compare to a single-modality device?

A red light panel does one thing. Splish Naturals stacks five modalities into one ecosystem so the recovery practice is one decision, not five purchases. The price reflects integration, not features added together.

What kind of CBD do you use?

For most of our products, we use CBD isolate. It is 99 percent pure, very stable, and easily measurable. There is no THC. Always check the label and your workplace policy. A few formulations use broad spectrum, which is the whole plant minus the THC. We tell you which is which on every label.

What are terpenes and why do you reintroduce them?

Terpenes are the volatile organic compounds that give plant life its smell and its defense mechanism. They shape the scent and function of the formula. Our terpenes are food-grade and come from their natural source. Pine. Mango. Basil. Lavender. Thyme. They do not come from the cannabis plant. When we reintroduce them on top of CBD and therapeutic-grade essential oils, the formula becomes a powerhouse product.

How long is a session on the mat?

The standard ritual is twenty minutes. Layer modalities by goal. Pain calls for TENS plus PEMF. Sleep calls for red light plus far infrared. Pair with Magic Balm or the Formula 3 Sport line for full-body recovery.

Who should not use this?

Anyone with a pacemaker, an implanted electrical device, or who is pregnant should consult a physician before using PEMF or TENS modalities. Splish Naturals is a recovery system, not a substitute for medical care.

Where can I see the test results?

Every batch ships with a 3rd-party Certificate of Analysis. The QR code on the label opens the most recent report. We publish historical COAs on the product page so you can verify before you buy.

Is Splish Naturals founder-owned?

Yes. Matt Walsh began building Splish Naturals in 2018 and signed our first customer in November 2019. He still operates it. No private equity. No venture pressure. The roadmap belongs to the people who use it.
